Brentwood Builds
Brentwood Community Development Group has made the decision to rebuild Brentwood Homes. We are pleased to introduce Brentwood Builds, a project that will lay the groundwork for the future of Brentwood.
About the project
Brentwood Builds is an exciting opportunity for the Woodcroft community and for Edmonton. The current buildings are approaching the end of their lifecycle, and we are proactively planning the future of Brentwood.
None of our valued residents will lose their housing due to Brentwood Builds. Our goal is to retain all our current residents.
Brentwood Builds will create three times as many housing units as currently exist – that is approximately 500 additional units providing affordable housing to the community.

Brentwood Homes hosted a public open house on Tuesday, June 20th, to share information about the redevelopment of Brentwood Townhomes. Thank you for your input.

Share your feedback
After the June 20 open house we collected feedback from Community members until July 14, 2023. For those who took the opportunity to share their ideas, suggestions and concerns we thank you for your feedback. We had to close the feedback step so we could analyze the feedback received and use it in the next step of our re-zoning process.
The feedback has been shared with the City as part of our rezoning application, in accordance with Section 720.4 of the Zoning Bylaw.
