On the heels of our Balcony Repair project we announced the Balcony Enclosure project. This project which should run over the course of 5 years will enclose our existing balconies and add their space to the living area of the units. We have heard from our residents that they look forward to having the extra square footage and the extra light entering their apartments. Truly what they are most excited about is getting rid of the drafty patio doors!
