The number one request we get from new tenants moving in is for Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD). This service allows a tenant to sign up for an automated transfer of their rent from their bank account to ours. No more writing cheques and visiting the office to pay rent. As well a Tenant can cancel the service at any time. We plan to have it available in the Brentwood Apartment in Dec, Brentwood Home in January and at Matheson in March.
